Solicitud de Aclaración de la sentencia T-101/10.
El peticionario solicita se aclare la sentencia en el sentido de exhortar al Municipio de Medellín, como a todos los municipios donde se reciban presos municipales, a cancelar el sobresueldo municipal a sus trabajadores.
Así mismo solicita se aclare que, el hecho de recibir presos municipales vuelve obligatoria la realización de los convenios respectivos y por ende el sobresueldo.
Luego de hacer un análisis sobre la procedencia de aclaración de sentencias, se decide NEGAR la petición.
